We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to strengthen our team in Dubai. You will also work with other team members in Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam and Istanbul. - Proven, effective and confident communicator.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, with abilities to act independently, be self-motivated and work within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
- Display a courteous telephone manner, applying judgement, tact and diplomacy to all.
